sketchbook: Jeff Stryker. Drawn in 1992, my high school/very early college sketchbook. It was drawn from an “adult catalog” my roommate received. It was probably my first glimpse of gay porn, and it wasn’t even really porn exactly. At the time I justified this confusing excitement by saying I was copying the tiny images (photographs of the covers of films) in the catalog to practice figure drawing. That makes sense right?
The one of the right is actually somewhat recognizable. not bad considering the originals were maybe a half an inch wide and a inch tall.
